I have logged a call on the 21st of November 2013 regarding my roof that was hit with the hail on the 13th of November 2013, it is now a week later and no one have even called me regarding the matter.
During last week and this week it has been raining very hard my place is flooded every time, this is not fair . last night it was hailing massive again this is just making the matter worse . all my appliances is in there and I don't have place to move them out to. I have even taken out the carpets as they were starting to stink so badly of the rain water.
I want this matter sorted ASAP
