Lacking professionalism

I applied for a personal loan three weeks ago. Got the quote and sent the right papers through immediately and since then I have had no response from FNB. I have phoned five (5) times now, going through the whole process every time and every time I am told that nobody knows anything and that the application is with Colleen Hardy. Colleen Hardy is NEVER available and I have been promised on each occation that she would call me back to no avail. I emailed customer service who told me that they could not reach me on the numbers supplied which is impossible since I sit in an office the whole day with both my phones right by me. On the few occasions that I do go out I always have my cellphone with me.

Pathetic, FNB. No use spending all that money on advertising when your personnel are going to drop the ball!!
