Nedbank vs Auto and Gen

I have been on hold for half an hour, to the insurance number given on the nedbank website, only to find out when someone eventually answers that I am through to Auto and General! Why is Auto and Generals details under Nedbanks web address??? This is incredibly frustrating. I have had to call 3 different numbers as Nowhere does it state the proper number to make a claim! VERY ANNOYED!!
