BEYOND INSANELY AND DODGY!!!

Just logged in via internet banking and noticed the following
1) when Zeenath called me regarding my previous HP complaint - she said she would reverse the R 5 fee - the statement does not show the reversal

2) on 28/Nov/2013 it shows that my account is - R251.40 ==> THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE as my account is NEVER negative more than - R 4.00 (Wed. 27 Nov. 2013 a deposit of R 300 went into my account, thus balance should have reflected R 306.29 on Wed. 27 Nov 2013 BEFORE those other transactions were deducted). The internet banking statement makes no sense!

3) I stood in a 1 hour queue today in your branch, dealt with Teller Mr. Okkers who told me that MyUpdates would reflect my old number as per my instruction - but it would only work "in 3 hours" - it has been nearly 10 hours and it still is NOT reflecting...
