An unprofessional, rude, illiterate consultant from Capfin just contacted me at. About 10:30 this morning, being rude and asking questions like "why don't u keep money in your bank account with this rude and high tone. I don't understand how these people work because they were suppose to debit and decided not to, a consultant called be yesterday and we resolved the matter at reach an agreement of me depositing the money as they failed to debit, now this!!! II'm really frustrating the level of professionalism in this company is annoying really
