I am shock and disappointedt, that you categorically stated that you want "your vehicle" back - referring to the asset which is not in your name but in the name of Absa and I have a legally binding contract with Absa, but not you. I find your demand for "your vehicle" very shocking and disappointing. However, thank you very much for enlightening me that this vehicle belongs to you and that you therefore want it back.
The harassment I experience yesterday because I had defaulted on payment was not only against the spirit of the law, but also against the letter of the law. And I am not happy on this treatment. I must mention that although you Mr Strauss Stephan mentioned during the phone call yesterday day that my emails are a waste of your time and your staff's time, I however, still prefers and insist that send email as a medium of communication that enables me to express myself fairly, without any prejudice, and to set the records straight.
I want to state clearly that i simply refuse this kind of intimidation.
