ABSA asset and vehicle finance phoned me to see if i still honor my contract, witch I had to send trough my Insurance conformation to them, To my surprise thy deducted R900 more on my monthly payment witch I had to find out is new insurance that no one phoned me for nor did I signed for any thing nor did they gave me any option between insurance company's witch the FAIS law demand nor did they do a risk assessment also agains the law.
Come on ABSA step up do it correct
