Oh my sack! I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent organisation! EVER!!!
I requested FNB Insurance to cancel my cover via email on the first monday in February, to the email on the Website giving notice that I am cancelling my cover and moving my business elsewhere. After 2 weeks I phoned to make sure they had actually received my cancellation. Oh course they hadn't, I mean an African 3rd world bank, right? could they try get something right? I was then debited at the end of February for March. I then emailed Tavia and she said she would cancel my cover and refund me the amount once I sent her proof that my cover is now with M&F. Which I did, and she has not kept her part of the deal! So now I have been deducted another debit for March. which now means that FNB has R2365, 58 from my account. I want it back with interest!!! What a pathetic organisation!
