WONT HELP ME

I contacted the accounts department at Nedbank Greenstone yesterday and sked for help with my debit orders from bouncing as they advertise it on the radio but alas I was told that I am a high risk and cannot help me - that's it!
Really I am asking for help as I told them I will have the funds in banking account by the 4th December just the delay them so that I dont have to keep on paying for the bounced debit orders but they said they couldnt help me and that was the end of the phone call -REALLY. I am going to a different bank thats for sure!!!
