Misled when I wanted to apply for a loan

On the 08-07- 2013 I received an sms about getting a personal loan up R 150 000, and I should dial *120*2036# to apply. I applied on 03-09-2013 and I received an sms saying the application is accepted and I should call (021) 8154500 with the reference LL440812. I called and I was told the was a potential lender so I must deposit R 380.00 of which I received an sms for banking details and fax number. On the 05-09-2013 I made the deposit and the next day I received a confirmation of the deposit. On the 06-09-2013 I received an sms saying I should login to [URL Removed] with the details I was send. I logged in I found a list of companies which I had to choose from and the other one was EC Finance which they said it was a potential lender. I sent all the required documents to this company only to be told that my application was declined due to affordability. I contacted Legal loans to cancel the service only to be told they wont refund me, the R380 is not associated with loan finding service. They said to me if I cancel the service they will track my bank account and debit R150 'cause I cancel outside the 5 day cooling off period.
