Good Day,
On monday I called the African Bank call centre, regarding an sms that I received via sms that reads "Are you ready to let African Bank reduce the amount that you owe? " I replied yes for someone to call me. As i want to seetle this account not one calls, I left my details everything even sent couples of email.. But if I skip a month to paying they are very quick to call me. Now that I want to sort this account no one calls. How is one suppose to carry on like this. They said one of the supervisor will call me back but nothing. This is such bad customer service.
