DISERVICE TO YOUR BRAND

I cross the interesection of Biviaanspoort and Malgas daily on my way home from work. There are 2 Outsurance Points Persons - 2 ladies - who (sometimes) work at this intersection. The 2 ladies who work at this intersection hardly do their job. Most days they are fraternising with the street vendors who also work this intersection. On Wednesday 23.01.2013 a pedestrian was knocked over by a vehicle at this intersection. The 2 ladies - who's job it is to a) promote the Outsurance Brand and b) to assist motorists and pedestrians at this very busy and chaotic intersection, were sitting in the shade with some gentlemen. Had they been doing their job (which they rarely do) this accident could have been prevented. They showed absolutely no concern as they sat in the shade chatting and laughing while fellow pedestrians and paramedics assisted the knocked over pedestrian. Outsurance is a brand that sells itself on being of service to their customers, a company who is there to protect people and to help out when there is an accident. These 2 woman are not only getting paid for a job not done they are also tarnishing your brand and destroying the good work done by other Outsurance employees.
