Absolute shocking service

I had an accident on 11 Nov '13, submitted the claim on 12 Nov '13, took vehicle to assessment centre on 14 Nov '13. Up to now there is no authorisation at the Auto Repair Shop for the job. I keep on getting promises (after eventually even contacting me on 25 Nov '13) with NO results.
