On Friday 22nd November I lodged a significant claim in respect of 2 hearing aids that had been destroyed by our puppy. An assessor visited us on Tuesday morning, interviewed me and saw the damage/culprit.By Tuesday afternoon I had received approval of my claim and confirmation that the destroyed hearing aids had been removed from my policy resulting in a significant monthly premium reduction. Given the size and nature of this claim, the response from Outsurance was beyond my expectations. Let's give credit where credit is due.
