I purchased a shoe on my Credit card on the 03/06/2013 and returned the shoe for a refund on the 05/06/2013. The Merchant Bhamjees Shoe shop did the credit on the speedpoint but the Credit never appeared on my Credit Card. The querry was logged with FNB and they just closed the querry without any investigations or doing the necessary refund. FNB is the customers money.
