I paid my premiums for a year and this month (Nov 13) I decided to claim as my car had mechanical problems, I was then told that whatever I was claiming for is not covered only certain things are covered. Its sad because now I had to pay for everything which amounted to R4000 from my own pocket. The sales people don't explain to us as to what is really covered and one only gets a wake up call when its time for them to pay up.
