I recently posted a complaint reference 375549 to which I received a response to say there are system constraints hence my order is delayed. Tomorrow is day 15 of fnb's 10-15 delivery window. Please if I do not receive a call from the couriers tomorrow for delivery, cancel my order. I have read enough on hellopeter an experienced lack of client satisfaction to the point of moving to another bank. If you can't live up to your services, don't provide it.
