I bought a phone from FNB around April this year, a blackberry curve red, I was very happy with the phone for quite some time, until the charging portal stopped working, and then the phone started rejecting my memory card.
i called the insurance 3 weeks ago and they promised to send someone to pick it up and now I call to follow up and I'm Being sent from pillar to post, it seems nobody knows whats going on every time I call I'm told something different
this is really frustrating now I just want my phone fixed
who exactly do I need to talk to to have this sorted, I'm honestly now, a full 3 weeks and still no one has the decency to call me back and find out what my concern is
