I am overwhelmed byt he amazing service i received today. A few months ago i cancelled by insurance with dial direct becqause of bad customer service. Today when i phoned in- to reconsider insurance with them i was welcomed by a happy chappy guy - who made me feel like a real, cared for customer!!!
