I went to Capitec Bank in Dobsonville branch to make a deposit. I waited on the queue for quite some tine of which i did not mind. When my number was was called by the automated machine the teller by the name of Boitumelo Makwale was still busy with a clientwho was before me. When she wasdone i went straight to her. She did not greet me all she said was that my number was called long ago and she must assist the person who was behind me. I had to explain that when my number was called she was still busy with the guy who was before me. She still insisted that my number had passed and i also insisted that she was busy with a client. Then finally she took my slip and money and asked me to confirm the details of the person im making a deposit for. I told her that i only know one initila and the surname, then she said she wont be able to assist me as i had to confirm all the details. So i asked that when i get the details should i come straight to her and she said yes. And i told her that i felt that its unfair that i have to queue again and she said i had to. I feel that this is very unfair that i have to queue twice and it was not for the first time im making a deposit! the same branch.
