@Home does it really take three days to give feed back to your clients iro identifying them? If so the whole system you use must be reviewed urgently... I faxed my statements to you and my I D copy for positive identification and I'm stil waiting for your forensic department to come bac to me and tell me or atleast unblock my account.

The security questions I was asked by your consultant were not designed for the purpose of identifying the client but rather designed to catch clients on a lie. I'm very disappointed in your service and I felt belittled by the interrogating agent from your customer service call centre. I will not spend anymore of my hard earned money in any of your stores...
