We are a signage and printing company who use to supply TSG 4 ways with all of their marketing requirements. We had a great business relationship so when the client asked for a 30 day account we accepted the request due to the fact that we never had any issues regarding payment.
This is were the trouble started. Warren from TSG 4 ways ordered goods to the value of R30 000 from us on this 30 day account. He never settled the account.
We phoned and followed up on payment and struggled to get hold of him. We contacted his other creditors and they experienced the same problems with non payment. It is now 1 year later and we still have not received 1cent from them. We tried through our lawyers to get the money but he is just not complying.
Please be careful when doing business with this company.
We are a small business, we employ 10 people and try our best to provide a good service to our clients. Due to TSG 4 ways we are suffering immeasurable losses as we cannot afford to write of this type of money.
All we want is our monies for services rendered. Any small Business owner knows that non payment is your biggest nightmare. TSG 4 ways is our biggest nightmare at the moment!
