My geyser blew open on Friday evening. We turned off all the water supply and decided to leave it for the next morning. When we called the call centre the automated response was that it was only open on Monday to Friday. We called a person that works in the ABSA Insurance department and was told that we must get someone out as they do not work weekend and hope that we get reimbursed.
Surely this cannot be the attitude as the first question I have is why do I pay an insurance company when I cannot get an emergency service. Please pay me back for the last 30 years I did not claim and let me join company that will give me service as your staff is only available on weekdays.
