Call responded, interset elsewhere

I am currently on the line with a Premier Banker from FNB named Lucky Muligidi who has in no uncertain terms responded to the question I posed via an online application.

In short when asking why when I spend in excess of a certain large amount on fuel on my Garage Card do I not get anywhere near the proposed percentage rebate as advertised, I am now told it only applies to Cheque Cards. When asking Lucky Muligidi then what is the point of the Garage Card he tried spinning a story about toll roads and long trips of which I too can use either my Credit Card or Cheque Card.

So now Lucky cannot explain to me why I need the Garage Card which if I cancel affects my ebucks points was told, the question I asked online he has answered.

I thought a little rude, so while I am on the line holding for someone who is willing to help me I thought I would let FNB know that I am not happy with the service. I would still like to know the best options to get the best rewards for the services I am paying for.
