I have been banking with fnb for 5 years, it was one of the best moves i made till this year. I have been declined for every product. I wasnt working in 2011, when i did find work i paid all my debts, this year tho i applied for vehicle finance only to be declined by fnb and approved by standard, then there was the smart device which i took last year from fnb at this point i even had a listing to my name which i removed earlier this year, so i decided to get a new device and settle the balance of the old one this september, so i paid an amount of R1500 which fnb advise me to do to get a new smart device. And then they declined me on the new app. I have since taken out a contract with vodacom as i needed a phone. the final nail was the fact that they donot show you the incidental fees, my salary because of it being paid from overseas apparently has a holding period, so when i get paid my money isnt cleared but fnb allows me to withdraw, thus putting me in the negatives yet i dont have an overdraft facility thus charging me R57 each time i do a transaction on the negative. Today i waited an hour only to find out i have accidental cover but no details
