I am very disappointed with Ned bank services provided by consultants and the manager at Rossyln branch. The people there lack customer services and are very much incompetent and clearly they lack knowledge of banking fraternity works, I was practically escorted out of the branch for assisting my mother who is not so affluent with English and does not understand banking issues. And for that I found very strange that people are treated with such disgrace in a place where professionalism has to be of utmost level best and client care service should be a priority, I am not surprise many of us had move to FNB and cancelled our Platinum banking status. I was assisted by Lorraine Leriba who could not answer questioned and very reluctant to assist in following up on the matter my mother reported on Tuesday concerning a failed withdrawal an FNB ATM but reported transaction was authorised by Nedbank of R1500. The process is clear but the people who assist ordinary people who are not educated are very lame with their sloppy responses and to top it all the white lady who was called in to assist made matters even more worse whom refused to give me her name which concludes why the attitude she
