Poor poor service FNB

I have received shocking service from fnb so much for all those adverts to change over to fnb online in 10 minutes, what a load of rubbish. I got an error saying I need to contact the 0860327827 to get reference number I then got transferred to 5 different people the 5th person told me I was also at the wrong department so I just hung up the phone poor poor service.
