I went to Absa Bank in Menlyn Park Shopping Centre to deposit money and find out details in connection to my account. I wasn't in the best moods so all I wanted to do is go in and out and do what needed to be done. Angus Hartze greeted me very politely and professionally. This came to my surprise as nowadays customers are being treated like intruders. Nevertheless I told him what needed to be done and asked him a few questions, he didn't interrupt me and kindly let me finish speaking. His eye contact was ineluctable. He reassured me that he would alleviate me from my frustrations. He did so without a doubt! I would like to congratulate Absa Bank for employing staff of high standard. Angus, thank you for your warm smile and your friendly mannerism. Keep it up!
