Messed my details

I have settled the credit card and need a letter.i was told that the name under my acc is not my name.all the details are mine inclunind the bank stement .i have phoned more than 18 times.the hello peter department promised to rectify the error.they are making me stipid everytime i phone that it will be fiixed.i phoned today that they must send a settlement letter but i dont trust them anymore.i have proof of bank statement and the contract at home that this is my acc.
