I needed to add household insurance under my Miway policy. After holding for a short while I was put through to a wonderful helpful lady whom assisted me in activating my insurance effieciently. She asked me various questions relating to my additional insurance in a relaxing, funny manner. This made my experience very pleasant. The service was wonderful.
