Ricardo Zaal helped me with the cancellation of my policy at MiWay on 06/09/2013.
I think MiWay can consider themselves very fortunate to have such a friendly, dedicated and extremely efficient person on their team. He made a wonderful and professional effort to accommodate my needs but i decided to opt for another insurance company because of various reasons.
He was just an absolute pleasure to deal with and please give him my congratulations on the wonderful job he is doing. What a champ!!!
