A few months ago in July 2013 i notices a sum of R99.00 being debited on my account which i was not familiar with the service provider which happened for three months i called fnb and they gave me details for a company callvoice number 0872301079 which didnt have proper explaination why my account was debited and for what, i called the callvoice number today they still didnt give details on how they acquired my banking details till today and i manage to stop the debit from my side for only one month was refunded and i was told to log a query for the other two months debit. which i didnt cause of lack of time meaning the R199.00 falsely debited to me was never refunded. today i get a new naedo debit order i am not familiar with again sum of R49.00 dated 01 Nov ref D Dynamix Ref 1971931 131101 i dont recall this service provider too what must i do now call to stop the debit order again then three months down the line a new debit resurfaces? i have lost all faith in FNB as a banker of choice because people have access to my banking account and do as they please with no proper strict measures from (FNB) to stop such fraduelent acts. WE ARE NOT SAFE IN BANKS HORIFIED CUSTOMER!!
