Failure of Excess Returns

After writing several mails requesting feedback on when I would receive my excess back on an accident that have happened over a year ago, and another that occured 18 months ago and I have still not received any reimbursement, or any feedback on when I would expect my excess returned. This is unacceptable and such bad service
