Incredibly frustrating service with regards to stu

I applied for a student loan at Standard Bank to cover some study expenses about 2 and a half weeks ago.
I completed my application fairly efficiently online and managed to sign my contract a few days afterwards.
However, the documents were sent to my surety, who dated her signature with "Nov" instead of "November" and now I am waiting to sign the documents myself again, which have been sent to a branch close to where I live. I have now been waiting for over a week for money which I desperately need because of a STUPID TECHNICALITY. Not only this, but I have spent literally hours on the phone, spending my own airtime, being put on hold simply trying to track the progress of these documents. In the 4 years I've held an account with Standard Bank, I've found this to be typical of their service, where students are not treated with respect and service has been second rate. I am very upset.
