Ank cannot explain debit

On the 3rd september i received an sms to say my account is overdrawn and i must rectify or fnb will dihonour then i went to the back to find out what it meant and all the consultant could tell me was that it was a pending debit order which was not indicating who it was from but will only show in three days.as i checked my balance through cellfone banking i realised that the balance appears a sif i have an overdaft of R1500 the amount escalated until R1700.on the 25th september i received my salary in the same account and that R1700 was deducted as if i owed th ebank but the bank cant explain where the money went to.i went to consult the bank yesterday and the consultant said only head office will be able to resolve the query but then they already knocked off.my problem is that i still have outstanding debit orders that must still go thorugh and now that my R1700 was deducted then i am going to experience extra charges for debit orders that are still going to bounce because there is no more funds in my account
