My wife sent tax required documents to legal and tax on the 18th Nov 2013. Cedrick acknowledged to have received the documents, however, he stated that he cannot guarantee submission on time as the SARS deadline is 22 Nov.
I found this too disturbing for not being afforded excellent service within required time limits.
