I reported the of my daughters cell phone on Tues and was told that I cannot go out and replace it and get reimbursed as they may find a cheaper supplier.
I was told the claim would take two days to finalise.
Yesterday (a day and a half later) I got a call requesting the same info as I had previously given as they did not capture it on the system.
I gave the info again and was promised that this would not affect the time line to get my claim settled and they would get back to me later that day.
Needless to say I still have not got a call back.
When I compare this experience to my hail damage claim experience with Outsurance I am sorry I made the move. This is especially so as the hail damage claim was in my notice month where they were away that my ins was being moved.
