BROKEN WEBSITE

Today Capitec had an opportunity to show the rest of the banking fraternity and their customers that they are a force to be reckoned with in the banking sector with the launch of their new website.

The website however is BROKEN.

The error message received is - A server error was encountered. If the problem persists call Client Care on 086 bladeyadah...

Called the Client Centre, spoke to Lerato, I quote... My hands are tied.

I then asked for someone whose hands were not tied... after 5 min of waiting I spoke to Tshepo.

His take on is is that he can actually log in so the problem must be on my side.

Yeah right 3 different computers, 2 different browsers 2 different operating system all.
All of them broke magically because Thepo deemed it to be so.

That is Client Service, at a really pathetic level (did you do your recruiting at DSTV)

Anyway I said it still doesnt work, he took my number and promised to call right back, another story.

Capitec PLEASE get rid if these rotten apples. You guys started off so good.

By the way - WHY WOULD ANYONE GO LIVE WITH A BROKEN WEBSITE - WHO IS THE THAT AUTHORISED IT.
