I have had excellent service from this agent. He has been friendly and concerned about my claim, and done all he could to smooth out any hiccups, sending me to the correct person to assess my claim and keeping in constant contact with me regarding it, even though it has only been a small claim. It has been a pleasure doing business with him and I would like him to be of service to me again, should I ever need it.
