The service from Safwhaan was excellent. He actually went the extra mile, he would not allow us to wait. There were no cubicles available at the time and he gave us a call on our cellphone while we were waiting in reception to register the claim. He gave us extra advise on how to use the legal service and how to go about that. He also escorted us down and made sure that there was assessor to assess the vehicle immediately.
Riedewaan was actually the first person that we made contact with before registering the claim and he advised us and gave us directions to the reception area. He also assessed our car and gave us sound advice.
