I was the victim of a smash-n-grab on Wednesday (29.10.2013) and initiated a claim with Verna at Telesure. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so efficient, empathetic and knowledgeable after such a traumatic event. Verna was very helpful and actually sorted out my claim in 2 days!!!
