I called this morning and spoke to Karabo to submit my claim for a cracked windscreen. I hadnt taken my car for inspection which was my fault and i clearly acknowledged same.
Feedback received:
The claim is declined and we are cancelling your policy because we have noted that you disclosed your judgement during sales stage and we cant accept you on our books. This type of feedback after taking my premium every month. Early last month I claimed for my Iphone as it fell and cracked the screen and then too I had to justify the same Judgements there after the claim was paid. KEEPING IN MIND THAT I DISCLOSED THE JUDGEMENTS, I dont see why my insurance profile must be messed up by cancelling my policy as being an unacceptable risk. Considering you said that you as King Price was not meant to accept me on cover. I dont care about my W/Screen anymore. Just Cancel the Policy from inception, refund all my premiums less costs. Your service and running away from paying claims is really appalling but its ok. I made that mistake of taking your freaken cheaper insurance i should i have expected this. Service and Decision Making. Looking forward to the said response.
