Good day. I would like to express how disgusted I am with the service of Standard Bank and how pathetic their call centres are. I have been trying to get hold of Easy Sell now for the last 5 days now and every time i sit in a Q for 15 to 20 mins. Their sms service is not even working and when I send them a mail I get no auto response. Wow. I am waiting on the day I can say something good about standard bank but that is still yet to come. I called 0860 007 724. I really need to speak to someone from that division or for one of the guys there to email me.
