I had claimed for courtesy car and it is only R500 but since Sept. I've called and sent e-mails but I have not been attended to. R500 is a small amount but what's annoying is the bad service I've been getting. I have dealt with Julian Chetty, Jason van Nieker, Anri quik from Telesure and a lady named Nombuso but was not helped with the claim until now.
I was stuck on the highway on Sept. 24, near St. Lucia for 5 hours!!! Their claims office is closed on holidays and it took so long before I got helped! Imagine, 2 ladies stuck on a lonely highway with just bushes on the side! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A COMPANY FOR WOMEN! And after subjecting us to unsafe condition, they are ignoring a small claim. I am moving to another insurance company.
