Claim took more than two weeks to be resolved

I had an accident on the 16 Aug 2013, I managed to lodge the claim on Monday 19 Aug and was attended by Bradley. 1st for women has a way of playing with one's feelings while you're traumatised and frustrated about your car. they told me that my license details were captured incorrectly and that I should pay more than what I was paying due to that error. therefore the threat was that if I dont agree my claim will depend on whether I agree or not. I total refused and only yesterday (04 Sept 13) they approve the claim. so the only impression that I have in mind is that 1st for women takes more than two weeks to approve of decline the claim. I'm so not impressed with their service as I'm new to them and they showed me otherwise.
