I am posting this on behalf of my sister as she tried to use the normal escalation channels but is getting no joy. My sister sent my dad to the ATM to make a withdrawal. The amount was entered, no money was dispensed and the card was returned with an error. My dad then went to another ATM only to find that the balance was depleted and the money was gone. My sister escalated to SBSA and has since been given the run around. She was given 2 escalation Refs #55823440 AND #55861402. Please can someone kindly assist and give this query some attention.
