FNB is loosing the plot with stupidity

I called the FNB Mabopane branch because I had to collect my card from there but I am far from Mabopane and they told me to call Pretoria Branch to ask them to send a memo to Mabopane so that my card can be couriered to them but the consultant at Pretoria branch was clueless about the procedure, but since my time with FNB all my cards have been couriered to me. she was not only clueless she was rude too. didnt even try explain better, she then forwarded a call to another consultant who then straight out told me they were off line. Please help
