Bank Card Can't Be Replaced And I have To Suffe

I oppened my bank account at an FNB branch in Kemptonpark while I was working the. Now I have moved to Pretoria and got mugged and lost my wallet with my cards incl my bank card. I went to Sunnypark branch to get my card replaced and was given a form to fill and bring back along with my ID as well as to get it signed by the person am living with who is my grandmother and lives at Soshanguve. I have done that but decided to go to the nearest branch there in Soshanguve where I was told by the staff members as well as the manager that I have to go to Kemptonpark to get my card which was nonsess to me. Had I oppened my bank account in Cape Town I would be required to fly to Cape just to get a new card as I cant use my money or withdraw inside hence they say they cant find my details on their system. What a rediculuos service with all the "How can we help you" ads and slogans around but still no one can help me get my hard earned cash into my hands.
