From FNB to Nedbank

Please see below my complaint to FNB. They have again advised me that the issue is with Nedbank and not FNB.

After my first Hellopeter on May the 3rd this year, Tracey has now finally contacted me and informed me of the following:

Payments from 14 Sep 2008 - 3 May 2013
Total - R5, 678.10
Paid to FNB account 0099 2291
Reference - 1877 590 1873 4606

That money is gone and I must try and get it from my bank. I do not understand this as the money is with FNB. I have gone through Munnich Attorneys as well as FNB legal department.

FNB will always pass the buck that is why I WILL NEVER BE A CLIENT OF THEIRS!
