FNB Homeloan Cashback not paid two months in a row

After numerous calls - three times I was promised that the agent would call me back - none of them have called me back. I care less about the problem and more about the lying - don't tell me you will call me back in two days and then don't. You have the recordings go and check - yes I was promised response - still nothing!
